Review: ViGlance is a lightweight application that was designed to bring new opportunities in your Windows taskbar. The program aims to Windows XP and Vista users can take advantage of some features that are currently available in Windows 7. The first feature that stands out after you install the program is transparency effect that is added to the taskbar. A productivity booster is the ability to see thumbnails of the open windows of a particular application by hovering your mouse over the taskbar icon.
